With five years of experience serving Johnson and Hill County, Mandy Hyatt brings a friendly, client-focused approach to every real estate journey. After moving with her family to Grandview, Mandy discovered how much she enjoyed the home-searching and buying process—and that passion quickly grew into a career in real estate.  A graduate of Tarleton State University, Mandy was previously a teacher and coach before finding her calling in real estate.Today, she proudly serves as both a dedicated Realtor and personal assistant to Shelley Green.

Mandy lives in Grandview, Texas with her husband and their two daughters. Their family enjoys life on their small farm with all their animals, spending time outdoors, and embracing small-town living. When she’s not helping clients, Mandy can often be found at the lake, doing anything water-related, cooking, or enjoying time with her family.
